As both a licensed clinical social worker and BCBA, Alisha has dedicated her career to supporting children and families navigating developmental and behavioral challenges. With experience across home, school, and community settings, Alisha specializes in applied behavior analysis and autism spectrum disorder. She also holds certifications as a School Social Worker and School Intermediate Administrator. Beyond her professional work, Alisha is a proud mom of three, including a child with autism. Her personal and professional journey inspires her passion for creating inclusive spaces, empowering families, and helping every child feel seen, valued, and understood.
