Monsters in My Belly

Publishing July 21st, 2026 | Board book | 20 pages

Only one more monster stands in the way of a good night’s sleep (so my parents pray).

Bedtime has arrived—but something’s not quite right. The monsters in my belly are wide awake, and they’re making it impossible to fall asleep! Can my parents discover what’s wrong and help me fight these monsters off so I can finally drift into sweet dreams?

From rumbling tummies and gassy giggles to hiccups and dirty diapers, babies face plenty of bedtime obstacles. Monsters in My Belly is a funny, relatable board book that invites parents and little ones to laugh (and maybe cry) together while exploring all the reasons babies might be a little fussy when it’s time for bed.

About the Author

Tully Minoski is a dad and a children's book author who found a way to laugh through—or maybe just a—the chaos of childcare. Inspired by real life with real kids, Monsters in My Belly is meant to be laughed at, read aloud, and (hopefully) requested right before bedtime.

Tully lives with his wife and two children in Kansas City and spends far too much of his time microwaving cold coffee, waving goodbye to poop like it's an old friend, and saying he is going to work out only to eat peanut butter pretzels instead.
