Alex Dunavant, a first-time children’s book author from Charlotte, North Carolina, is a dog mom to Bilbo and Obi. She was inspired to write this book after taking the boys to a baseball game and seeing how much joy they brought to everyone. She and her husband, Nick, have seven nieces and nephews whom they know will love reading this book about their precious pups. She hopes this will be the start of an adventure series for Bilbo and Obi.
