Chrissy Beattie was born and raised in Australia and now lives on a working ranch in Montana with her outfitter husband, Mark, their daughter, Piper, and their spirited Brittany spaniel, Roo. A commercial airline pilot and flight instructor for a major airline, Chrissy began her aviation after the loss of her father, a former air force and Qantas test pilot. Inspired by his legacy, she swapped coding in a hospital IT department for the skies. Chrissy’s stories are inspired by her love of flying, the great outdoors, and her everyday adventures with her family. Her debut children’s book brings these passions to life.
