Mary Beth Perrone appreciates the wonder and magic of children. Her passion, purpose, and give back is her nonprofit Mindful Movement FL, where kids learn to love themselves, others, and the Earth. Her book, I Have Superpowers, enables her to reach and teach more children the power of deep breathing.
Mary Beth resides in Florida with her husband, two kids, and two dogs. In addition to her nonprofit, she owns two successful businesses: 810 Showroom, a fashion wholesale company, and Radiate Wellness, a women’s wellness company. When she isn’t working, Mary Beth is adventuring outside with her family.
